Whenever Freya asks to paint I know it won’t take long before the paper is cast aside and she starts decorating herself (luckily they are non-toxic). I couldn’t resist playing with the bright light on this particular day.
November was all about the words (as I was taking part in National Novel Writing Month) but I’m looking forward to getting out and about and taking some more photos again now it’s over.

Hi Tara, I love the fact you allow her to paint herself! What would we do without washing machines? Well done for doing NaNoWriMo. A couple of summers my daughter did something similar during summer. I think it was NaNoWriMo, but now I’m not sure as it was definitely during the school summer holidays. I imagine you get that feeling of pressure (whilst taking part) and pleasure (when you’re all done).
