Is Freya the only child who comes home from school with even more energy than usual? Most nights we have to take her out to run off some of the excess before bed (and she’s still getting up at 5am every day).
The plus side is that we are getting to see some lovely sunsets, like this one. You can’t really see Norwich very well but I do like the sky. The sun’s rays seem to be shining down on many of the city’s landmarks.

Hi Tara, I love that sky, very ‘heavenly’! My daughter was an early riser too, which was lovely in the summer. Come evening though her energy levels were down, which I was grateful for!

Hey Debbie, there seems no end to Freya’s energy. I can see us having to invest in a head lamp because soon it will be too dark to go anywhere!

Such an atmospheric and beautiful photo. The sun rays create such a moody vibe! I can’t believe Freya had so much energy, my eldest is virtually asleep and very cranky when he gets back from school… he never lies in but his 7am is much better than 5am…poor you!

Freya sounds like a little Tigger. My toddler is like that. He seems to have no off switch! :). That photo is stunning though, all those beautiful light rays.

Hi Tara, wow, this photo really captures an amazing sky! I think Freya probably has more energy after school because usually school they have to sit still and conform and so that’s her built up energy.
