Mark wanted to take Freya to Norwich Cathedral to see their Christmas tree but, one after the other, we’ve all been struck down by an awful bug for the last couple of weeks.
Thankfully by yesterday we were all semi-recovered so made a trip into the city. Not only was it lovely to be out of the house but we also stumbled upon a rehearsal for Handel’s Messiah, featuring Norwich Cathedral Chamber Choir and Norwich Baroque, which was absolutely beautiful – even Freya sat on a chair and listened.
Here are a couple of other pics I took while we were there.

Oh how lucky, I love a chamber choir! Our school has a Chamber choir made up of the older girls and some teachers, they are fabulous and always make me a bit emotional. Lovely festive pictures Tara xx

It was amazing, we were so lucky to get there at just the right time. I bet it was even more beautiful in candlelight. How lovely that the school has one.

Beautiful photos and love the way they capture the Christmas story. The one of the nativity scene and the tree with the beautiful stained glass window in the background are my favourites. Hope you feel better soon and have a wonderful Christmas.
