Our fun started before the sun came up today. Can you spot a crocodile/top of a dalek, cat ears, Nessie and bat wings? The other cool thing was that it made it seem like Norfolk had mountains. For a moment it was just like being at my brother’s old house in Colorado looking out of his kitchen window and seeing the Rocky Mountains in the distance.
And then, the main show began…sunrise! Freya was in awe of the changing colours. I don’t think she could work it out.
It was an early yet inspiring start to the day. Some times the simplest of things can make us happy.
